UptoNova is an AI sales platform for small and growing businesses: a grounded AI sales agent, an omnichannel inbox that unifies WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Telegram, WhatsApp Groups and a website widget (with TikTok coming soon), and a CRM that fills itself from every conversation.
What makes us different
Most chat tools either deflect questions or, worse, let an AI guess at prices it doesn't know. Our agent is grounded: it states prices, stock, policies and dates only from your own catalogue and tools. If it doesn't have the answer, it asks a clarifying question or hands off to a human — it never invents. That single principle is the reason the product exists, and it's the standard we hold our writing to as well.
Our editorial standards
We write guides for business owners, not for search engines. Our rules: cite real, verifiable sources; never publish a statistic we can't stand behind; label estimates as estimates; and be honest about where a competitor is the better choice. UptoNova is pre-launch, so we don't dress up the product with fake customers or invented reviews — what you read is what the product actually does.
