What "white-label" actually includes
White-label here means the product genuinely looks like yours, and your clients are genuinely separated from one another:
- →Custom domain (CNAME). Run the whole platform on your own subdomain — point a CNAME and your clients log in at app.youragency.com, never at uptonova.com.
- →Your logo & brand colours. Upload your logo and set your brand colours so the admin, inbox and outbound experience carry your identity.
- →Sub-accounts per client. Create a separate sub-account for each business you manage. Each one has its own AI agent config, knowledge base, catalogue, channels, inbox and CRM.
- →Tenant isolation. Every sub-account is its own tenant. One client's contacts, conversations and data are never visible to another — isolation is enforced at the data layer, not just in the UI.
- →Per-reseller pricing & usage metering. You get your own pricing as a reseller, and usage is metered per sub-account so you always know what each client is consuming.
- →Consolidated billing. Bill flows up to you — one consolidated view across all your sub-accounts — rather than every client holding a separate UptoNova account.
How reselling works
The model is simple: you take a sub-account at your reseller rate, set up the AI agent and channels for your client, and resell that seat to them at whatever price you choose. The grounded AI sales agent, omnichannel inbox and auto-CRM all run under your brand; you keep the client relationship and the margin.
Day to day, that means you create a sub-account, connect the client's channels, load their catalogue and knowledge base, and tune the AI agent's persona to their business. From then on the agent answers, qualifies and sells inside the client's inbox, the CRM fills itself from those conversations, and you can step in at any point with a live human takeover. Usage is metered per sub-account, so when you review the month you can see exactly what each client consumed — and price your retainer accordingly. Because billing consolidates up to you, you collect from your clients on your own terms and settle the platform side in one place.
Buy a sub-account at your plan rate, then resell it to your client at your own price. For example, you might provision a client on the platform at your reseller cost and package it — together with your setup, knowledge-base curation and ongoing management — into a monthly retainer you bill the client directly. The difference between your cost and your price is your margin.
